Some people have called because flyers on the

computer. The problem in all the calls to date is either an
older version of Reader, or no Reader installed on the
computer.
Below are the steps for downloading the latest
version of Reader.
Go to http://www.adobe.com
and click the GET ADOBE READER graphic on the left of the
page. Follow the directions to download Reader.
Step one: You need to identify 3 things on the
page that opens after clicking open the Adobe Reader graphic.

CONNECTION SPEED: broad band or dial up
(if you hear a phone dialing when you connect to the
internet, you have dial up and are using a modem)
-

Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP or Mac OS
Step two: click the RED Download button at
bottom of the page. DO NOT check any of the little boxes
(unless you want more than the basic reader).
A few seconds after clicking the RED download
button, a FILE DOWNLOAD dialog box will open.
OR
-
Select SAVE from the options at the bottom
of the box and save to desk top or any folder you want to
save the file too.
-
The installation program will download to
your computer and save itself in the location you picked.
After the download is complete, double click
the icon to install the program.
After Reader is installed, any PDF will
automatically open. After opened it can be saved and printed.
